Shipping policy

Once an order is safely received by us and the payment for that order has been made, we will contact you to confirm this.
Post our safe receipt of the sale funds from you, for products in stock we aim to distribute these within 48 hours unless our store is closed. If an order is received when our store is closed, your order will be shipped on the first day the store is reopened.
Our goods will be shipped using Jersey Post unless we make an alternative distribution arrangement which we will be in direct contact with you about.
Prior to dispatch, we will pack your goods safely so that they in turn travel safely and reach you in good condition. In the rare circumstances should our product be damaged before it reaches you, on your receipt of the byFrolly package, please send us photographs ideally date and time stamped, so we may do our best to remedy the situation. We shall contact you directly once we become aware of any damge to your goods as a result of damage during transit.
